Please contact me if you are not content with your purchase. For items damaged in shipment, please take a picture and send it to me. I am happy to work with you to refund for damaged products.
If you are not happy with a product for other reasons (you changed your mind, or the item is not what you hoped for) please contact me. I am happy to refund you, though you will need to cover shipping.
I package items in paper, then bubble wrap, and then recycled packaging peanuts. I make sure package reads 'fragile'. I rarely have items break. Please make sure to do the same if you send items back!
